1. What is the warranty on the product and project?
All our products come with a five to thirty-five-year limited warranty depending on the type of product purchased. Our projects, on the other hand, have a one-year limited warranty from the date of full completion. The warranty does not cover any damage that comes from man-made sabotage and improper daily use and maintenance.
2. Does WSIB cover your installers?
Yes, all of our installers are covered by WSIB, and we have liability insurance as well.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, certified cheques, mail transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. However, with credit card payments, there you will incur a 2% service fee.
4. How long after placing an order would I have to wait?
If we have the product ordered in stock, we can prepare the material in no more than two days, or even immediately. With special orders or custom orders, it usually takes two to three weeks to finish.
5. What types of floor can I install in my basement?
We recommend water-resistant laminate or water-proof vinyl for basement floors. Solid Hardwood is not recommended due to the concrete base and high moisture environment in the basement.
6. Can I return or exchange my leftover boxes?
We are glad to return or exchange your order, but you must understand that terms and conditions apply to this request. Here is our return policy:
a. No return or exchange will be allowed after thirty days
b. All accessories, promotions, clearance, and special orders are a final sale.
c. Discontinued products cannot be returned or exchanged
d. Opened boxes or damaged items are not allowed to be returned or exchanged
e. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on return items after ten days or in case of more than three boxes
7. Are there any hidden costs in my orders or projects?
No, we guarantee that there will be zero hidden costs in our product bills or during installations by us. Every charge will be listed in our invoice or agreement.
8. Can I have my order delivered?
Definitely! We provide delivery services with a small delivery fee depending on the distance.
